This is such a tasty combo and you might already have these 2 ingredients at home. It’s two favorite baby foods banana’s and avocado and combining them makes it a super treat for your little one!
A good way to use up your ripe bananas and it is also a great smoothie base for your toddler’s smoothie treat 😉  add some coconut water or almond milk and mix in some organic spinach and there you have it! the best easiest toddler or even baby smoothie ever!

Ingredients:
– 1 Big banana
– 1 Ripe avocado

Method:

1. Peel the ingredients and cut.

2. Blend the purée. That’s it.

Tip:
Add a little coconut milk and it turns into a great smoothie. My son gobbled it up in minutes *Consult your pediatrician before giving solid food to your little one.
