Fruit smoothie made on coconut milk
I love making my baby a smoothie next to his meals, sometimes because it’s quicker to consume and just for a change once in a while instead of eating his fruit whole he gets to drink it and it’s also different for him to experience since it’s combined flavors. Also if you’re having a hard time making your little one to eat their fruit and vegetables, sometimes you can easily sneak that into a fruit smoothie.
This recipe was surpringsly good and extremely easy to make.
Ingredients:
1/2 ripe mango
1 banana
A little coconut milk
1. Blend everything. That’s it
