Banana & coconut milk smoothie

Babyfood: Banana & coconut milk smoothie [6m+] My favorite treat when I was a child and also my son’s!

Ingrediens:
-2 ripe bananas
– 1 glas of coconut milk [ or cow milk for 12m+] All organic

1. Peel the banana and cut.

2. Blend with coconut milk. That’s it.

Tip: A great way to use your ripe bananas, you can also cut and freeze the ripe bananas for another portion.
