Baby Meatballs – For all purposes

I call these all purpose meatballs, I cook a big batch and freeze it so that I always have them in hand for busy days. you can serve them as finger food, you can add them to vegetable purees, you can add them to tomato sauces, I use the boil water as stock and cook my sons pasta and rice in it for flavor!
