This meal is very satisfying as rye bread satisfies longer than wheat with the rye bread containing the highest level of bran providing the strongest effect on satiety. It improves digestion as it is rich in fiber and also protects from colon cancer and prevents diabetes. ?Good recipe to help with constipation.

❄️Freezable – up till 3 months

Ingredients:
– 1 slice of seedless rye bread
– 4 pears
– 1 tbsp of fat (avocado Oil, grass-fed diary butter ect.)
All organic

Method:

1. Soak the rye bread in water for 15 or so minutes. Peel and core the pears. I use a apple divider for the job.

2. Separate the rye bread with a fork and boil the pears and rye bread in 1 cup of water until it is well cooked.

3. Blend everything (with the boil water too) according to your baby’s ability to chew.

4. Add butter and mix it in.

5. Pour the rest of the ingredients into baby food containers and freeze.

For those who doesn’t know I use kiddofeedo’s baby food containers and I cannot recommend them highly enough! They are non-toxic and perfect for the job as the ice cubes pops out easily.

Tip: You can also cook this with breast milk instead of water or add infant formula to the meal when serving for a creamier flavor. Just don’t add infant formula if you want to freeze the portions as it separates.

yes it has to be ripe or sweet unripe pears can also work just steam them for a couple of minutes so they can blend into a smooth soft consistency. it is 1 slice of bread and 4 pears .
      Thank you
