This plate is filled with great vegetables!
Organic half steamed then oven baked vegetables:
– Asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
– oven roasted chicken bites sprinkled with shredded cheese
– Boiled black eyes peas.
This is great fingerfood! Ideal for BLW (babyledweaning)
but of course everything depends on your baby’s ability to chew, so be careful and always keep an eye while your little one feed.
make sure you you cut the hard ends of the asparagus, they are very hard to chew!
