Kiwi, banana & avocado purée [7-8m+] I’d serve this to my son.
As I know Kiwi is not a highly allergenic fruit so there should be no concerns about allergens.
-2 small ripe bananas or 1 big banana
-1 ripe kiwi
-1 ripe avocado -kiwi & avocado is not one of the “dirty dozen” foods that are most highly contaminated with pesticides so buying them organic is not necessary.
1. Peel the ingredients and purée! That’s it! I actually added desiccated coconut for my son, but that’s not necessary.
Wonderful wonderful purée!! Add some coconutmilk and it’s the best smoothie!
Kiwi are very nutritious but they are acidic, so if your baby has a sensitive tummy and has a tendency to get diaper rashes, you may want to wait serving kiwi until 10-12 months old.
