Puree of organic dried fruit [6m+]
in very small amounts and only organic.
I’ve used dried apricot, dried figs and soft dates.
1. Boil in water till the fruit gets soft and swollen.
3. Freeze. Done
It’s great with yoghurt! I usually freeze them into small cubes and use them every morning for his oatmeal and yoghurt, it has a very sweet taste and is full of vitamins and fiber!
