- 1/2 butternut squash
- 2 kale leaves
- 1/4 Cauliflower head
- 1 Tbsp Fat of your choice could be olive oil, avocado oil, coconut butter, dairy butter

- Wash and cut the ingredients, remove the stem from the kale, leave the peel on the butternut squash just cut it horizontal and remove the seeds. Yes you should cook the butternut squash with the peel on it is edible
- Steam until everything is soft and you can easily cut through with a knife
- Blend
- Pour into baby food containers. and let it cool.
- Freeze
