Green bean, butter bean and pear baby purée
Super yummy green bean baby purée, light and nutritious! makes a great smoothie as well for older kids. Veggies? what veggies
    Ingredients
    • 1handful Green Beans
    • 1/2cup Butter beansPre-Boiled or organic canned butter beans for a quicker option. I did use unsalted canned butter beans
    • 2medium PearsRipe or almost ripe
    • 1tsp Fat of choicecoconut butter, olive oil, butter etc.
    Instructions
    1. Steam the produce for 10-12 minutes.
