Lamb, kale, carrots, parsnips and zucchini baby puree
This Lamb, kale, carrots, parsnips and zucchini Baby Purée is packed with nutrients and tastes SO good! a great way to introduce lamb and to ensure your little one is getting their daily iron.
    Ingredients
    Instructions
    1. Steam the produce and meat until cooked properly
    2. Blend with steam water
    3. Add fat of your choice and a couple of tsp of formula for a creamy consistency (optional)
    4. Pour into baby food containers. This is a silicone tray for baby food from @kiddo Feedo that we love using here at home for batch cooking.
    5. Once cooled, put the lid on the baby food container and freeze.

    Freezes up to 3 months

    Reheat whenever you want. You can reheat in the microwave if in hurry, or just place the cubes in a saucepan on low heat and let it defrost slowly. Another option is to defrost the cubes the day before in the fridge.
