Sweet potato & Black bean baby purée
A satisfying and protein rich baby meal
Dried black beans
Soaked overnight or (organic canned black beans for a quick option then it doesn’t require any cooking)
Fat of your choice
like organic rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, ghee, olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil etc.
Peel the sweet potato and cut it into smaller pieces (it will lessen the cooking time)
Steam the sweet potato and boil the black beans until tender. drain the black beans once cooked.
Blend all the ingredients into a smooth consistency.
