Breakfast – Oatmeal Berry Smoothie Bowl
tasty smoothies are the easiest and best way to add pleanty of ingredients into one meal, it is even a great way to sneak in some vegetables without hearing a single complain. My toddler never says no to smoothies.
[8m+] I’d give this to my son but this little cutie enjoyed it as well!
? 1 sweet Apple
? 4 tbsp of full fat Greek yogurt
? 3/4 cup mixed berries (not sour flavored ones) and either fresh or frozen.
? 1/2 ripe avocado
? 1/4 cup of oatmeal (any kind)
1. Boil the frozen berries for 5 minutes (important)
2. Peel and core the produce and blend everything and serve.
If your baby has a sensitive tummy it might be good to wait with the introduction of berries.
