Healthy Chocolate Mousse
Quick NO COOK chocolate mousse recipe is as enjoyable as it looks.
A healthy treat as it doesn’t contain added sugar, egg, diary or gluten but still tastes great, It’s a favourite recipe as well as a guilt free one as it only contains natural ingredients.
As a mom I’m always on the hunt for healthy treats and dessert alternatives for my toddler and as we have a strict no-sugar policy at home. And when I say no-sugar I mean refined sugar.
I promise you this recipe is a guaranteed one, you cannot go wrong with it.
I have had so many mothers tagging me on their recreation of this recipe telling me how good this was, so I hope you’ll experience the same.
Another great thing is that this recipe is freezable so why don’t you double up the portion and freeze half of it so that you can pull it out the freezer whenever you or yours crave it.
– 1-2 ripe avocado
– 10 soft dates
– 1-2 tbsp of raw cacao powder (less if you want)
– 2 ripe banana
– 1 cup of homemade orange juice (or any other preferable juice, elderflower juice could work as well)
1. Peel and cut the ingredients.
2. Blend the ingredients in a food processor till it reaches a smooth consistency. Add more liquid if you want it thinner.
Is to be enjoyed cold.
Serves around 5-6 cups
