2-ingredient puree – Sweet potato & apple purée.
simple and super delicious! Great as first food as well. Make Popsicles for your teething baby or toddler of this recipe too, it’s great for soothing soar gums plus it’s yummy enough for them to want to suck on it.
– 2 small sweet potatoes
– 1/2 Big apple
– Infant formula or breast milk (amount is up to you)
1. Peel the produce and cut into smaller piece
2. Steam or boil the produce. Add the sweet potato first and then 5 minutes after add the apples because they cook faster. Cook until it gets soft.
3. Blend the produce with some of its own boil water and add the infant milk and serve. If you want to freeze it omit the infant formula as it separates when been frozen.
