Vegetable with brown rice puree [7m+]
Great for constipated tummies as this recipe contains a lot of fiber.
It doesn’t taste of much but it’s good if you are serving something else next to.
– 1 cup of sweet corn
– 2-3 carrots
– 1/2 cup of brown rice
– 2 cups of homemade stock or water.
– 1 cup of parsley
– 1 cup of cauliflower and broccoli
– Plantbased fat
– 2-3 tsp of formula.
1. Steam the broccoli and cauliflower and boil carrots, parsley and rice in another pot in homemadestock.
2. When the rice is well cooked add the sweet corn and blend into a puree. Add some plant based fat too, and add the formula. Serve.
